In recent years companies have highlighted the need to reinforce and maximize the leaderhip and teambuilding capabilities of their managers as a priority. Here are six tips to improve your group's results: Listen silently
concentrating only on what you are hearing: during meetings you should avoid
prejudices, understand
the mood and expectations of your team members, give their suggestions and
criticisms the right amount of consideration in order to evaluate them properly and
to use them effectively.
Assess the
maturity and the awareness of the team members with respect to concepts
such as "I'm a member of the group", "I know and I share
the objectives and the values of the group", " Respecting these
values I cooperate in my work to achieve the group's objectives",
adopting, where necessary, the right method to adjust member's attitudes.
